The development projects completed by Pleasant-Ville Development Sdn Bhd and its subsidiary Hean Yi Holding Sdn Bhd were Taman Cheng Ria, Taman Sentosa, Taman Cheng Mutiara, Cheng Heights Resort Condominium, Klebang 8 Boutique Condominium, Taman Banda Hilir Indah, Holiday Inn Melaka, Taman Bukit Katil Indah, Taman Bertam Ria, Taman Gadong Perdana and Taman Gadong Indah.

The company directors are highly reputable business people in their respective fields.

Mr Goh Kian Tiong has been in the property and construction business for 47 years, he is the Chairman of Kienta Group of companies. Apart from that, he also sits in the Board of Directors of Pleasant-Ville Development Sdn Bhd, Hean Yi Holding Sdn Bhd and Hean Yi Investment (S) Pte Ltd.

Mr Low Joo Soon is a professional engineer in civil engineering and has been involved in numerous development and construction projects since graduating from the National University of Singapore in 1986. He is presently the Managing Director of Pleasant-Ville Development Sdn Bhd and Hean Yi Holding Sdn Bhd. He is also the Director of Mintat Development & Construction Sdn Bhd and Hean Yi Investment (S) Pte Ltd.

Madam Lim Siew Lan has been in property development for 36 years. She is a Director of Pleasant-Ville Development Sdn Bhd, Hean Yi Holding Sdn Bhd and Mintat Development & Construction Sdn Bhd.
